Paul was born and raised in State College, PA, the home of The Pennsylvania State University. The son of a psychiatrist and fashion model, he studied landscape architecture and business administration at Penn State. After college, he moved to Philadelphia where he began what would be a very successful career in sales and marketing management. His specialty was turning around underperforming sales teams and managing high-level sales and marketing contract initiatives with large national banks, national professional organizations, and software companies.

 

When Paul had the opportunity to purchase his childhood home in State College, he converted it into a two-unit student rental. Thus began Paul’s portfolio of investment properties and the eventual start of his real estate career. He has a knack for identifying the undervalued property, making repairs and improvements, and building relationships with and managing the right subcontractors.

 

Paul quickly understood the concept of leverage and cash flow, and the overall rates of return for a real estate investment.  Over the years, Paul worked with countless real estate agents as he built his real estate portfolio.  A consummate professional, he was rarely satisfied with the service he received, and set out to convert his experience into a successful real estate business.

 

Paul has built homes, finished semi-constructed homes, remodeled homes, finished basements, and negotiated with builders, subcontractors, and lenders. His business acumen and knowledge of building codes allow him to keep a project on schedule to avoid unnecessary costs. He has successfully negotiated short sales for buyers and works very well with sellers who are in financial distress.

 

Paul and his team quickly rose to one of the top producing agents in Philadelphia and the suburbs. They understand how to turn activity and interest into offers, and how to negotiate the best price for their clients.
